Case Study: ADBRI

To comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations around staff competency, ADBRI required refresher training for 40 staff on high risk work licences. Staff needed training around their work schedules to ensure no downtime for the worksite, so Elevated Training provided exactly that.

We organised to cover training on theory aspects before an afternoon shift to get all them staff trained before they went to work, then after they finished the day shift they could also do their theory training. We did this over two days to give the students an option as to when they wanted to come – to give them some control over their training.
